To place an order on Sribidyasanchar, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Products and Availability

We sell printed books and related literature. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are for representational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Books are GST-exempt as per Indian taxation laws.
  • A flat delivery fee of ₹50 is charged on all orders across India.
  • If your order exceeds our defined weight limit, additional shipping fees may apply (notified at checkout).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • We deliver across all regions of India via trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days.
  • Tracking details are shared via email once dispatched.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for orders where books are delivered damaged.

To qualify:

  • Submit proof (photo/video) of outer package + book damage.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sribidyasanchar.com.
  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our store for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, images, descriptions) belongs to Sri Aurobindo University Publication. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays or errors
  • Minor differences in product presentation
  • Platform outages or Shopify-related errors

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes will be handled by courts located in Cuttack, Odisha.
