📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including tracking details.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
We currently ship across all states of India.
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
- Rural or remote areas may require additional time
💰 Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹120 is charged on all orders within India.
- If the total weight of your order exceeds a standard threshold, an additional fee may apply. You will be notified during checkout.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
📦 Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party couriers for timely and secure delivery. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
📬 Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will usually make one more attempt or provide pickup instructions.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
