We want you to love what you read. If your book arrives damaged, or you’re unsatisfied, we offer an easy and transparent return policy — no restocking fees, no fine print.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery
  • Free return shipping provided on all eligible returns
  • No restocking fee
  • No items are final sale — every order is returnable under this policy

Books must be returned in unused, original condition unless the return is due to shipping damage.

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@sribidyasanchar.com within 2 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos showing any damage (if applicable)
    • Brief reason for return
  3. We’ll arrange free reverse pickup via our delivery partner

💸 Refunds

Once we receive the returned book and verify its condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
