Cancellation policy

At Sribidyasanchar, we aim to make your subscription and purchase experience transparent, flexible, and respectful of your time and choices.

🔁 Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle from your Customer Portal.
• Cancellations made after a renewal is billed will apply to the next cycle, and the current cycle will still be fulfilled.
• If you need help accessing or using your portal, please contact us at hello@sribidyasanchar.com.

🚫 One-Time Order Cancellations

• Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by emailing us within 6 hours of purchase.
• Once an order is marked as fulfilled or in transit, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return process.

⏸️ Pausing or Skipping a Subscription

You can also choose to pause or skip an upcoming delivery from your customer portal. This gives you flexibility while ensuring continuous access when you’re ready.

🔁 Refunds for Cancellations

• Refunds (if applicable) for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Subscription payments that have already been charged are non-refundable, unless an error or duplicate charge occurred.
